Welcome[edit source]

Hi, welcome to The Culture Wiki I'm a member of Fandom's staff team. Thank you for your edit to Orbital!

It looks like none of the admins for this community are active right now, but if you need help, check out our help pages or visit the Community Central forums.

Enjoy your time at The Culture Wiki!

Hi Omegatron,

I've been deleting all the content from these non-Culture pages.  User Bryan D. See ( has been adding loads of unrelated pages over the past few days.  See my conversation with him here: https://theculture.fandom.com/wiki/User_talk:Lmhrpr

I'm trying to become an admin so I can delete the now-empty pages and would appreciate your support.  If I get no response from the only admin we have (who doesn't seem active), I can make an appeal to Fandom to be added as an admin: https://theculture.fandom.com/wiki/Forum:New_admin

The Destroyers[edit source]

Sorry, guys. I have at least two mod projects: The Destroyers and [1], as well as Fractured Suns. The Destroyers is based on Iain M. Banks' Culture series, Rekt Galaxies is based on Mortal Engines, and Fractured Suns is based on Total Recall 2012.

I know this wiki isn't the place for such content. One knows there are better places for them.

But, don't let Kiwi Farms, Gladhands (AKA Mingeater), MechQueste, JustARandommer (JAR) and Koncorde know. -- 16:57, September 1, 2020 (UTC)

Adoption[edit source]

Hi there! I’ve given you admin and bureaucrat rights on this wiki as you requested. You now have the tools you need to clean up, customize and maintain it!

Check out your Admin Dashboard, which can by found by clicking "Admin" on the bottom toolbar. It has links to all your new tools. Please let me know if you have any questions, and good luck with your new (old) wiki! -- CzechOut 18:52, September 22, 2020 (UTC)

just wanted to expand a bit on some things I said at Community Central.
Adoptions have nothing to do with mergers, as is made plain at Help:Adopting a community. The adoptions team can make decisions solely based upon the requested wiki, anything else.
In this case, that's particularly true, since The Culture Universe Wiki has been closed since apparently the start of the month. So, from where I'm sitting, the ship has sailed on any real "merger". If you wanted to hurry over to the screen you'll now find at w:c:the-culture-universe, you can download the old database, if you think there's anything valuable there.
In any event, adoptions are never contingent upon a merger, so it was never going to be a part of giving you rights.
Also, we don't accept applications for multiple people. Now that you're a bureaucrat, you can choose to promote whomever you want. But since your friend did'nt actually edit the adoption request, we'll leave it up to you to determine their level of interest in becoming an admin here.
Have fun!
