The Geseptian-Fardesile Cultural Federacy (typically abbreviated as GFCF) was a Level 7 Involved polity who idolised and envied the Culture. They seemingly tried to emulate the Culture as often as possible, whilst constantly gaslighting them and implying they weren't as good as they could be. In addition, the GFCF would often undertake covert actions with the cover being that they were a Culture covert operation if discovered. A GFCF admiral claimed that often the actions that led to the saying 'Don't Fuck with the Culture' where actually GFCF actions, and that the trick was to do things that the Culture would secretly like to have done in the first place.
