Falling Outside the Normal Moral Constraints was a Culture Abominator-class Offensive Unit. It was associated with Special Circumstances (SC).[1]

Falling Outside... had a coarse and aggressive personality, describing itself as "borderline eccentric and very slightly psychotic."[2] It always presented itself this way, making it something of an outlier amongst Abominators and SC ships which tended to project more amenable personalities unless absolutely necessary.[1]
