The Academy of Military Arts was a Changer organization based on Heibohre. By the Idiran-Culture War it was the de facto ruling body of the Changer polity.[1]
The Academy banished Horza to Schar's World from Heibohre after he violently helped suppress a conspiracy to remove Heibohre from Idiran territory and influence. This was a compromise sentence as popular sentiment desired to remain under Idiran influence but still demanded punishment for the death of other Changers.[1]
The Academy was disbanded with the destruction of the Changer species by the end of the Idiran-Culture War.[2]
